CIPS - WestJet

The Canadian Information Processing Society identified a need to engage high school students in the opportunities available in the IT sector.  Regan Productions created six unique vignettes for distribution online featuring young people in IT careers who demonstrate a career in IT as “cool”.   The examples, demonstrated through interviews and supporting footage that the positions available in this industry are creative, challenging and very exciting. Additionally, importance to productivity, competitive advantage, innovation and efficiencies IT brings within organizations was demonstrated.

Through the careful preparation of the participants combined with high energy music, this innovative approach was extremely effective in communicating with the target audience the significance of a role in IT in many different sectors.
