University of Alberta - APPLE

The APPLE School Program, a project of the University of Alberta, fosters lifelong health and wellness and it is supported through school involvement. The name APPLE is derived from “the Alberta Project Promoting active Living and healthy Eating in schools.

Regan Productions was chosen to create a 9 ½ minute video to capture this amazing story. The video explores the pilot program and the dramatic changes this program has had on the chosen schools, their staff, students and families. Through specifically targeted interviews, compelling footage, carefully selected voice talent and music, we revealed what the children, school staff, community and parents have learned, through their ongoing participation, about eating healthy and staying active every day.
