Williams Energy Canada

Williams Energy Canada operates in the Boreal forest and oilsands of Alberta; with two active plant sites, an office in Calgary, more than 500-million dollars in current investments across the province, and another 300 million under construction.    They have a unique technology which reduces CO2 emissions from the oil sands while removing valuable products that were previously being burnt as fuel.

In order to tell the Williams story effectively, extensive animation was created to walk the various audiences through the process from extraction, transportation, separation and production of the propylene products for storage and then shipping.  Over several days, we shot HD footage in multiple locations throughout central and northern Alberta.  An interview with the team lead in Canada rounded out the story.  Once all components had been created, we brought them together with narration and music. 

The production is used in multiple areas including: website, USB drives, presentations, employee orientations and business development for various audiences such as government, communities, stakeholders, industry and shareholders.
